Thermal Oil Heating System ( TOHS-01 )

TOHS-01 thermal oil heating system was designed & manufactured for thermal oil supply in a leading adhesive-maker, requiring a continuous thermal oil temperature of 200 °C (max. 300 °C) with total 113.4 kW duty.

• Heating system by multi-stage electrical inline heaters

• Mild steel construction of sump tank, expansion tank, heater vessel & unit cover box
• Global gear series hot oil circulation pump
• Rotary gear series thermal oil filling pump
• Equipped with mechanical safety device (Safety valve) between discharge line & return line and discharge line to expansion tank.
• 6 stages overheat protection system :
  • 1st stage: Thermal oil inlet overheat protection system
  • 2nd stage: Thermal oil outlet overheat protection system
  • 3rd stage: Heater sheath overheat protection system on each stage heater
  • 4th stage: Thermal oil flow protection system
  • 5th stage: Pump discharge & return line pressure limiter
  • 6th stage: Expansion tank low protection system
• Easy to see indicator lamp for informing all the status of system equipment condition
