Bogie-Hearth Furnaces

Our bogie hearth furnace is typically used for heat treatment process such as stress relieving, tempering, annealing, normalizing, hardening & sintering.

The furnaces are designed & manufactured with :

  • High temperature insulating bricks backed up by ceramic fibre board & blanket
  • Motorized door & boogie
  • Heater element is assembled on the furnace wall and boogie
  • Full proportional heating control by SCR power regulator
  • Full installed electrical sensor to prevent the error operation by the operator
Bogie Hearth Furnace ( BHF-01 )
Specification

Our Bogie-Hearth 1000 °C high-temperature furnace (BHF-01) is designed for the heat treatment of automotive parts. Designed with energy efficiency and safety in mind, this electric heater-based bogie-hearth furnace was designed to enable high accuracy, energy efficiency, and ease of production.

Furnace Construction

  • Maximum operating temperature up to 1000°C (Working : 800°C)
  • Inner dimension: Width 1000 mm x Depth 1500 mm x Height 1000 mm
  • Bogie dimension: Width 1000 mm x Depth 1500 mm x Height 410 mm above floor
  • Hi-grade insulating fire bricks interior backed up by ceramic fibre board & blanket
  • Motorized furnace boogie
  • Free radiating system by an electric heater from both sides of the furnace wall
  • Remote floor standing type electrical control panel

Bogie Hearth Furnace ( BHF-02 )
Specification

Our Bogie-Hearth 1200 °C high-temperature furnace (BHF-02) is designed for the heat treatment of general industrial parts. Designed with ease of production and safety in mind, this electric heater-based bogie-hearth furnace was designed to enable high accuracy, energy efficiency, and ease of use.

  • Maximum operating temperature up to 1200°C
  • Inner dimension: Width 2000 mm x Depth 2000 mm x Height 2000 mm
  • Bogie dimensions: Width 2000 x Depth 2250 mm x Height 850 mm above floor
  • Hi-grade insulating fire bricks interior backed up by ceramic fibre board & blanket
  • Motorized furnace boogie
  • Direct heating by electric heater from both sides of the furnace wall
  • Remote floor standing type electrical control panel

Our bogie-hearth 1200 °C with manual swing door furnace (BHF-MSD) is designed for annealing & normalizing the metal core of the electrical transformer. Designed with ease of production, efficiency, and safety in mind, this electric heater-based bogie-hearth furnace was designed to enable energy efficiency and ease of use.

Specification

Our Bogie-Hearth 800 °C with circulating air furnace (BHF-CA) is designed for the heat treatment of various moulds and dies. Designed with temperature uniformity, ease of production, and safety in mind, this forced convection electric heater-based bogie-hearth furnace was designed to comply with production heat uniformity requirements while maintaining energy efficiency and ease of use.
