Muffle (Bench) Furnaces

Our company provides the design & manufacture of muffle (bench) furnaces for a variety of heat-treating applications up to 1200 °C. These machines are suitable for low-scale production and laboratory usage requiring any form of heat treatment or testing.

High-precision microprocessor-based temperature controller, full proportional heating control and energy-saving insulation in our system will ensure the maximum cost efficiency of the machine, while effectively maintaining a low shell temperature.

Bench Furnace ( BF-01 )
Specification

  • Ideal for heat treating of tools, dies and other parts

Volatile Matter Furnace (VMF-50/230)

VMF-50/230 has been specifically designed for the volatile matter testing of coal. The temperature, materials, and construction techniques in the engineering of this model allow for excellent testing accuracy, while maintaining the durability much needed for coal testing.
