• Designed & manufactured for power plant MFO (Marine Fuel Oil) heating system
• MFO flow rate : 5000 litre/hour
• MFO temperature operation on each section:
  • Storage Tank     : 50°C (As fuel temperature outlet of storage tank before transfer pump)
  • Buffer Tank       : 70°C (As fuel temperature outlet of buffer tank before oil separator pump)
  • Fuel Oil Separator          : 98 °C (As fuel temperature outlet of separator unit before daily tank)
  • Daily Tank         : 98°C (Install with electrical heater for maintain fuel temperature inside tank)
  • Booster Pump    : 120°C (As fuel temperature supply to engine)
• Direct heating system by special design electrical heater for MFO fuel application
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
• 5 stages overheat protection system:
  • 1st stage : Fuel oil overheat protection system
  • 2nd stage : Heater sheat overheat protection system on each section & stage heaters
  • 3rd stage : Fuel oil secondary cut off temperature limiter
  • 4th stage : No oil flow protection system
  • 5th stage : Pump discharge pressure limiter
• Microprocessor based digital indicating temperature controller
• Industrial process RTD PT100 temperature sensor on each section
• Digital indicating power meter (Voltage & Ampere meter)
• Easy to see indicator lamp for informing all status of system equipment
• HMI (Touch Screen) operation system (Optional)
