Our company provides the design & manufacturing bench furnace for variety of heat treating applications up to 1200 °C.

High precision microprocessor based temperature controller, full proportional heating control and energy saving insulation in our system will ensure the maximum cost efficiency of the machine.

Bench Furnace ( BF-01 )
Specification

  • Ideal for heat treating of tools, dies and other parts
  • Maximum operating temperature up to 1200°C
  • Inner dimension : Width 400 mm x Depth 400 mm x Height 480 mm
  • Hi-grade insulating fire bricks interior backed up by ceramic fibre board & blanket
  • Manual adjustable heat resistant alloy inlet and outlet
  • Single leaf air tight swing door secured by manual steer
  • Free radiating system by electric heaters at left, right, top & bottom side of furnace wall
  • Heating element in bottom side covered with silicon carbide plate
  • Furnace built-in type electrical control panel
  • Microprocessor based digital indicating temperature controller

  • Digital timing system for soaking / holding process
