Bogie Hearth Furnace With 5 Heating Side ( BHF-5HS )

Our Bogie-Hearth 1200 °C high-temperature furnace with 5 heating sides (BHF-5HS) is designed for the heat treatment of mining industry parts. Designed with temperature uniformity, ease of production, and safety in mind, this electric heater-based bogie-hearth furnace was designed to enable high accuracy, temperature uniformity, and ease of use.

Furnace Construction

• Maximum operating temperature up to 1200°C
• Inner dimension: Width 800 mm x Depth 1600 mm x Height 800 mm
• Hi-grade insulating fire bricks interior backed up by ceramic fibre board & blanket
• Motorized lifting up door
• Motorized furnace boogie
• Manual adjustable air inlet
• Direct heating by an electric heater from five sides (4 sides of furnace wall and 1 side on boogie covered by silicon carbide sheet) to provide temperature uniformity inside the chamber
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
