PT Suhatherm Manufacturing Indonesia (SM INDO/SUHATHERM) is located in tangerang, Banten – Indonesia. We are a specialist company, with 35+ experience engaged in the engineering & manufacturing of a broad range of custom built industrial ovens, furnaces, and other heating equipments for operating temperature up to 1400° Celcius.

Our products are widely spread accross automobile, heavy, chemical, textile, ceramic, welding electrode, aerospace, food & beverage, and oil & gas industries. Made in Indonesia for the world, our products are spread in Saudi Arabia, Austria, Brazil, Phillipines, & other Countries.

Bogie-Hearth High Temp Oven (BH-HTO-05)
Specification

Our Bogie-Hearth 700 °C high-temperature oven (BH-HTO-05) is designed for stress relieving and ageing duties in a production capacity. Designed with ease of production and safety in mind, this forced convection electrical oven was designed to enable high-temperature uniformity with multiple safety features.

Semi Continuous Three Zone Tempering Oven (SC-TZ-TO)
Specification

Our SUHATHERM Semi-Continuous,Three Zone Tempering Oven (SC-TZ-TO) is designed for low temperature tempering heat treatment of various automotive components. This oven features an automatic motorized conveyor complete with one-touch operation system which moves jig from loading, 3-zone heating chamber, forced cooling (with axial fan), and unloading section.

This oven features multiple safety features and sensors. Operational status can be viewed at all times through built-in human machine interface (HMI). Please refer to the below specifications for details (note specifications acts as reference only and may change depending on order configuration):

Bench Oven (BO-03-53)
Specification

SUHATHERM Bench Oven BO-03/53 is a multipurpose - heavy duty 53 ltr forced convection benchtop oven designed for durability test of various components. This oven features maximum operating temperature of 300°C, with full proportional heating control for better heater control and extended durability.

This oven is available in 21 ltr & 53 ltr sizings, and features an optional paperless thermorecorder.

Heat Treatment Furnace (BHF-MSD)

Our heat treatment furnace 1200 °C with manual swing door (BHF-MSD) is designed for annealing & normalizing the metal core of the electrical transformer. Designed with ease of production, efficiency, and safety in mind, this electric heater-based bogie-hearth furnace was designed to enable energy efficiency and ease of use. Made in Indonesia, this furnace was designed for a reputed oil & gas company.
