Electrical Inline Compressed Air Heater (EIAH-01)

SUHATHERM Electrical Inline Compressed Air Heater (EIAH-01) is engineered to heat up compressed air—supplied at 8 bar pressure—from ambient temperature up to 65 °C. The system incorporates multiple safety mechanisms, including a differential pressure switch that automatically disables heater power when no airflow is detected, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

• Used for heating compressed air (approx. 8 bar of pressure), design from 30 °C to 65 °C
• Single-stage electrical inline (circulation heater) heating system
• SUS 304 stainless steel interior and heater vessel, c/w SUS 304 supporting legs
• Insulated with industrial rockwool and SUS 403 sheet
• Industrial process thermocouple type K ex. SUHATHERM
• Complete with vessel pressure gauge, thermo gauge, thermo sensor port, & vessel safety valve
• Integrated with a differential pressure switch to interlock, automatically disabling heater power during no-flow condition
• Remote floor-standing type control panel
• Full proportional heating control with SCR power regulator (thyristor)
