HWHS-01 hot water heating system was designed & manufactured for hot water supply in a textile factory, requiring a continuous water operating temperature of 70 °C.

Heating System
- Remote heating by 3-stage (multi-stage) electrical inline heaters
- Microprocessor based digital indicating temperature controller
- 4 stages overheat protection system :
- 1st : Water overheat protection system on each tank
- 2nd : Outlet water heater overheat protection system
- 3rd : Heater sheath overheat protection system on each stage heater
- 4th : Empty or no water flow protection system
- Industrial process RTD PT100 temperature sensor
Safety
- Equipped with bypass level indicator & water level control
- End suction type hot water circulation & water level control
- Automatic control valve actuated by pneumatic actuator
- (Optional) digital indicating power meter
- Easy to see indicator lamp for informing all the status of system equipment condition
