Hot Water Heating System ( HWHS -01)

HWHS-01 hot water heating system was designed & manufactured for hot water supply in a textile factory, requiring a continuous water operating temperature of 70 °C.

• Storage capacity : 2 x 15,000 Litre
• Atmospheric vertical mounting type storage tank
• Maximum operating temperature up to 95°C (Operating: 70°C)
• Overall dimension : W. 9000 mm x D. 4000 mm x H. 6000 mm
• SUS 304 Stainless steel plate interior tank insulated by industrial rock wool
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
• PLC wired control circuit

Heating System

• Remote heating by 3-stage (multi-stage) electrical inline heaters
• Microprocessor based digital indicating temperature controller
• 4 stages overheat protection system :
  • 1st : Water overheat protection system on each tank
  • 2nd : Outlet water heater overheat protection system
  • 3rd : Heater sheath overheat protection system on each stage heater
  • 4th : Empty or no water flow protection system
• Industrial process RTD PT100 temperature sensor

Safety

• Equipped with bypass level indicator & water level control
• End suction type hot water circulation & water level control
• Automatic control valve actuated by pneumatic actuator
• (Optional) digital indicating power meter
• Easy to see indicator lamp for informing all the status of system equipment condition
