Hot Water Heating System (HWHS-02)

HWHS-02 hot water heating system was designed & manufactured for hot water supply in the automotive component factory, requiring a continuous water temperature of 60 °C with ± 4 bar of delivery pressure.

• Delivery Pressure: ± 4 Bar
• SUS 304 stainless steel plate interior tank insulated by industrial rockwool
• SUS 304 stainless steel heater vessel insulated by calcium silica block
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel

Heating System

• Heating system by single-stage electrical inline heater
• Industrial process thermocouple type K with stainless steel protection tube & aluminium protection head
• Equipped with a water tank digital indicating temperature controller
• Equipped with heater outlet temperature controller

Safety

• Safety relief & vessel drain valve
• Vessel pressure gauge
• Waterflow detector port
• Hot water inlet/outlet thermocouple port
• Easy to see push button with a pilot lamp to control and inform all the status of system equipment condition
• Interlock system to shut off heater pump and transfer pump in abnormal conditions
• Emergency push button
• (Optional) water level control
