The SUHATHERM ACMF‑150‑300 Aluminum Continuous Melting Furnace is engineered for a melting rate of 150 kg per hour with a holding capacity of 300 kg. Featuring a hybrid heat source — a gas burner for the melting chamber and an electric heater for the holding chamber. This furnace design ensures consistent melt performance with high melt-quality, while maintaining long term furnace durability, reliability, & efficient energy consumption.

• Mid steel outer shell finished by heat resistant paint
• Lining with aluminum non wetting cast-able backed up by multi layer insulation material to ensure the low heat loss & low power consumption.
• Melting chamber heat source by gas burner with remote burner gast rain
• Holding chamber heat source by electric heater
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
• Microprocessor based digital indicating temperature controller
• Overheat protection system
• Full protection system on burner parts
• Industrial process thermocouple sensors
