Aluminium Holding Furnace, otherwise known as Holimesy Furnace (HF-900) is designed for holding molten aluminium for die casting process. Furnace made in Indonesia, we can customize the capacity and dimensions of the holding furnace. We can also customize the furnace heating source, from gas furnace (burner type) to electric furnace.

• Maximum heating chamber temperature up to 900 °C

• Lining with high grade molten aluminium resistant material backed up by multi-layer insulation material to ensure excellent heat efficiency
• Direct heating by electric heater
• Remote floor standing electrical control panel
• Microprocessor based digital indicating temperature controller
• Overheat protection system
• Industrial process thermocouple sensor
• Equipped with molten level detector
• Full proportional heating control by SCR power regulator
