Crucible Aluminium Holding Furnace Capacity 500kg ( CAHF-500 )

The SUHATHERM Crucible Aluminium Holding Furnace (CAHF-500) is designed for holding molten aluminium for die casting process. Furnace made in Indonesia, we can customize the capacity and dimensions of the holding furnace. We can also customize the heating source of the furnace, from gas (burner type) to electric furnace (heater type).

• Holding capacity: 500 kg molten aluminium (in crucible).
• Maximum heating chamber temperature up to 1050 °C
• Overall dimension: Dia. 1280 mm x H. 1085 mm
• Mild steel outer shell finished by heat resistant paint
• Combination of ceramic board & ceramic fibre blanket interior to ensure minimal heat loss
• Free radiant heating system by electric heater (heater type) or gas (burner type) system
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
• Microprocessor based digital indicating temperature controllers
