the SUHATHERM Anneal Oven Teflon Coating Furnace 800 °C (AOTCF-01) was designed for the heating process of Teflon coating.

Furnace Construction

• Maximum operating temperature up to 800 °C
• Inner dimension: Width 1400 mm x Depth 1000 mm x Height 1000 mm (approx. vol 1400 Ltr)
• Overall dimension: Approx. Width 2180/2530 mm x Depth 1790 mm x Height 2900 mm
• Hi-grade, lightweight insulating bricks backed up by ceramic fibre board & blanket for energy efficiency
• Double-leaf manual swing door-type
• Manually-adjustable swing-type exhaust damper

• Free radiating open coal spiral heaters, supported by hi-grade ceramic tubes located on the left, right, & bottom sides of the furnace wall for enhanced temperature uniformity
• Forced cooling with appopriately powered centrifugal blower

Electrical Features

• Furnace wall-mounted type electrical control panel
• Digital Indicating PID temperature controllers with SCR power regulator for improved temperature stability & heater lifetime

Safety & Monitoring

• (Optional) 6-channel paperless temperature recorder
• Overheat protection system by heater power interlock with limiter temperature controller
• (Optional) Human-machine interface (HMI) toucshreen operating system
