The SUHATHERM VMF-50/230 Volatile Matter Furnace is engineered to support coal volatile matter testing procedures in line with the general requirements of ASTM D3175-20. It features a top-loading configuration suitable for single crucible testing and is capable of reaching temperatures up to 1000 °C.
Under standard conditions (empty load), the furnace typically heats to 900 °C in approximately 20 minutes. Actual performance may vary depending on environmental factors and installation setup.
