Aerospace Tempering Furnace (TF-B737)

This aerospace furnace is designed for the tempering & bake-out process in the manufacturing process of engine components for Boeing 737-85P. This 1500 Ltr electric furnace is capable up to temperatures of 650 °C, and uses a proportional forced convection heating system with SCR power regulator (thyristor) to enable excellent temperature uniformity up to required AMS2750E pyrometry standard.

• High-insulation with insulating brick coupled with ceramic fiber board & blanket.

• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
• Japanese temperature controller, progammable to 8 program pattern with 16 segments/pattern
  • 0.3% indication accuracy
• Paperless thermorecorder up to 12 point recordings
• Overheat protection system with electrical interlock, with other sound/visual indicators
• Calibrated thermocouple for temperature uniformity survey (TUS) to AMS2750E pyrometry standards.
