Bogie Hearth Furnace with Circulating Air ( BHF-CA )

Our Bogie-Hearth 800 °C with circulating air furnace (BHF-CA) is designed for the heat treatment of various moulds and dies. Designed with temperature uniformity, ease of production, and safety in mind, this forced convection electric heater-based bogie-hearth furnace was designed to comply with production heat uniformity requirements while maintaining energy efficiency and ease of use.

• Hi-grade fire brick backed up by insulating bricks
• Motorized lifting up door
• Motorized furnace boogie equipped with manual turn table
• Forced convection with:
  • Hot air re-circulating system
  • Combination airflow from both side return to the top side of the furnace wall
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
