Circulation Oven (CRO-01)

This up to 325 °C forced convection circulation oven (CRO-01) was designed and manufactured for the textile industry, specifically with synthetic fiber production in mind.

Oven Construction

• Up to 325 °C with forced convection
• Inner dimension: Width 450 mm x Depth 1250 mm x Height 250 mm
• Capability for Loading: 10 Tray x 1 Pcs = 10 Work Pieces/Section
• SUS 304 stainless steel interior, with mild steel plate exterior finished by heat-resistant aluminium paint.
• Electrical heater as a heat source
• Forced convection with :
  • Hot air re-circulating system
  • Horizontal airflow with side-to-side blowing direction
  • Hi-temperature circulation blower
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
• Industrial process thermocouple type K with stainless steel protection tube & aluminium protection head

Electrical Features

• Full proportional heating control by SCR power regulator to enable high accuracy, fast response, and uniformity while extending heater life
• Thermo controller with chamber temperature control, digital temperature controller, PID action control, and SCR output thermocouple

Safety

• Overheat protection
• Full electrical interlock to shut off heating power if circulation blower is interrupted
• Easy-to-see on/off selector switch c/w lamp to inform the status of the blower and heating element
