We manufactures semi continuous oven mainly for drying, baking and annealing process. The oven design is unique, where the heat processing of material based on the heating step (single, multistep of soaking and holding ) that usually runs on batch process oven.

 Multi Chamber-Burner Source, Semi Continuous  Oven ( MCBS-SCO )
Specification

MBCS-SCO is our multi chamber semi-continuous oven, using American burners as the heat source. This oven, otherwise known as electrode baking oven is capable for multi-step heating process up to 480°C.

  • 5 Chamber zone
  • Maximum temperature on each chamber :
    • Zone 1 : up to 95°C (Drying with utilized heat source from zone 2~3 fuel gas chamber )   
    • Zone 2 : up to 240°C ( 1st Baking )
    • Zone 3 : up to 480°C ( 2nd Baking )
    • Zone 4 : up to 480°C ( 3rd Baking )
    • Zone 5 : up to 50°C  ( Cooling )

SC-TZ-TO
Specification

Our SUHATHERM Semi-Continuous,Three Zone Tempering Oven (SC-TZ-TO) is designed for low temperature tempering heat treatment of various automotive components. This oven features an automatic motorized conveyor complete with one-touch operation system which moves jig from loading, 3-zone heating chamber, forced cooling (with axial fan), and unloading section.

This oven features multiple safety features and sensors. Operational status can be viewed at all times through built-in human machine interface (HMI). Please refer to the below specifications for details (note specifications acts as reference only and may change depending on order configuration):

1. Operating Temperature : 150 ~ 200 °C*
2. Tempering Time: 160 minutes*
3. Cycle Time: ± 53.5 minute/tray
