Conveyor Drying Oven for Stator Assy (SA-CO)

The SUHATHERM Conveyor Drying Oven (SA-CO) is engineered for stator assembly drying process in the automotive industry. This oven boasts a maximum temperature of 200 °C. This conveyor is manufactured with stainless-rod roller chain.

• Overall dimension : W. 1800 mm x L. 8000 mm x H. 2020/2550 mm
• SUS 304 Stainless Steel interior with mild steel exterior
• Roller chain with stainless rod conveyor belt
• Forced convection heating system with :
  • Hot air re-circulating system
  • Combination air flow from both side & bottom side of oven wall return to top side
  • 4 Nos heating zones for uniform temperature accross conveyor length
• Forced cooling at the end of conveyor by 6 Nos circulation cooling fan
• Motorized conveyor belt with adjustable belt speed control
• Remote floor standing type electrical control panel
• Microprocessor based PID digital indicating temperature controller
• Industrial process thermocouple type K ex. SUHATHERM
• Full proportional heating control by SCR power regulator (thyristor)
• Overheat protection system
• (Optional) Paperless temperature recorder, PLC-HMI touchscreen operating system
