Dual Chamber Oven (DUCO-01)

The SUHATHERM Dual Chamber Oven (DUCO-01) is a designed with dual, individually controlled chambers in one oven design, maintaining large loading capacity with compact footprint. Designed with 300 °C max. operating temperature & 5 heavy-duty workpiece trays per chamber, this oven is suitable for any thermal processing (drying, heat treatment, etc.) of various materials.

• Maximum operating temperature up to 300 °C
• Inner dimension: 2 chambers @W. 600 x D. 600 x H. 600 mm per chamber
• SUS 304 stainless steel interior
• Air tight single-leaf swing door on each chamber
• 5 pcs heavy-duty SUS 304 workpiece trays on each chamber (total 10 supplied)
• Manual adjustable air inlet and exhaust dumper
• Forced convection heating system with:
  • Electric heaters
  • Hot air re-circulating system
• Oven roof-mounted type electrical control panel with individual tower lamps indicating status of each chamber
• Microprocessor based PID digital indicating temperature controllers
  • Each chamber separately controlled
• Multi-level overheat protection system
• Digital timing system for soaking/holding process
• Industrial process thermocouple type K ex. SUHATHERM
• Full proportional heating control by SCR power regulator (thyristor) c/w features:
  • PWM system for very good linear control
