Embrittlement Oven With N2 ( EO-02 )

This up to 400 °C industrial oven with nitrogen purging system (EO-02) was manufactured for the embrittlement process of aeroplane parts a purged (with nitrogen gas) environment. This oven is engineered to conform to AMS2750 E class 2 pyrometry standards.

• Airtight single leaf manual swing door

• Forced exhauster with automatic (motorized) fresh-air inlet and exhaust dumper
• (Optional) Installed with nitrogen gas purging system
• Digital indicating AMS2750E compliant PID temperature controller c/w SCR control
• System Accuracy Test (SAT) & Temperature Uniformity Survey (TUS) Port Installed.
• Equipped with overheat protection system
• Industrial metal sheathed thermocouple type N completed with UKAS calibration certificate
