Multi Chamber Burner Source Semi-Continuous Oven (MCBS-SCO)
The multi chamber burner source semi-continuous oven (MSCB-SCO) utilizes natural gas burners as its primary heat source. Designed for electrode baking process, it supports multi-chamber, multi-step heating processes up to 480 °C.

- Maximum temperature on each chamber :
- Zone 1 : up to 95 °C (Drying with utilized heat source from zone 2~3 fuel gas chamber )
- Zone 2 : up to 240 °C (1st Baking)
- Zone 3 : up to 480 °C (2nd Baking)
- Zone 4 : up to 480 °C (3rd Baking)
- Zone 5 : up to 50 °C (Forced cooling)
- Inner dimension (On each chamber) : W. 1500 mm x D. 14800 mm x H. 1900 mm
- Pneumatic lifting-up door on each chamber
- Motorized work piece trolley conveyor
- Forced convection heating system on Zone 1~ Zone 4 heating chamber with :
- Hot air re-circulating system
- Combination air flow from both side of oven wall and return to top wall
- Forced cooling system on Zone 5 cooling chamber with :
- Once-through cooling air
- Combination cooling air flow from both side of chamber wall exhausted to the outside
- Excess dampness extraction blower on zone 2 & 3 chamber
- Fuel gas exhauster blower on zone 1 chamber
- Pneumatic air inlet and exhaust damper on zone 2 & zone 3 chamber
- Motorized fuel gas damper on zone 1 chamber
- Touch screen (HMI) operating system with PLC-wired control circuit
- Full protection system on burner, pneumatic, conveyor, heating & cooling parts.
