The SUHATHERM Walk-in Drying Oven (WIDO-02) is engineered for electromotor drying oven process after rewinding.

• Maximum operating temperature up to 300 °C
• Inner dimension : W. 1200 mm x D. 1500 mm x H. 1200 mm
  • Also available in W. 1350 mm x D. 2000 mm x H. 1800 mm or other custom-designed dimensions
• SUS 304 stainless steel interior
• Air tight double-leaf swing door
• Manual adjustable air inlet and exhaust dumper
• Forced convection heating system with:
  • Electric heaters
  • Hot air re-circulating system
  • Horizontal air flow, side to side blowing direction
• Oven wall-mounted type electrical control panel
• Microprocessor based PID digital indicating temperature controller
• Overheat protection system
• Digital timing system for soaking/holding process
• Industrial process thermocouple type K ex. SUHATHERM
• On/Off heating control
• (Optional) Full proportional heating control by SCR power regulator
• (Optional) 4-channel paperless thermorecorder, PLC-HMI touchscreen operating system
