the SUHATHERM Sintering Furnace (SF-01) is designed and manufactured for sintering process. This heavy-duty furnace features a maximum operating temperature up to 800 °C, and designed for continuous running (24/7) at 600 °C.

  • Dual air flow from both-sides of furnace chamber and upward throught the workpiece tray
• Equipped with extra-high temperature service centrifugal blower complete with turbo-capacity cooling fan blower
• Oven wall-mounted type electrical control panel
• Digital Indicating PID temperature controller with SCR power regulator for improved temperature stability & heater lifetime
• (Optional) HMI touschreen operating system
  • Elementary real-time process monitoring & data recording features
• (Optional) 4-channel paperless recorder
