Anneal Oven Teflon Coating Furnace (AOTCF-01)

Our Anneal Oven Teflon Coating Furnace 800 °C (AOTCF-01) was designed for the heat treatment required for Teflon coating. This furnace satisfies requirements to quickly drop ambient temperature post-heating, achieved by forced cooling with a centrifugal blower.

Furnace Construction

• Maximum operating temperature up to 800°C
• Inner dimension: Width 1400 mm x Depth 1000 mm x Height 1000 mm (Vol. Approx. 1400 Ltr)
• Overall dimension: Approx. Width 2180/2530 mm x Depth 1790 mm x Height 2900 mm
• Hi-grade, lightweight insulating bricks backed up by ceramic fibre board & blanket
• Double-leaf manual swing door
• Exhaust Dumper: Manual adjustable swing dumper

Heating System

• Free radiating open coal spiral heaters, supported by hi-grade ceramic tubes located on the left, right, & bottom sides of the furnace wall
• Power: 51 KW
• Forced cooling with 3Ø 380V, 50Hz, 1.5 kW centrifugal blower

• Furnace wall-mounted type electrical control panel
• Heating Power Drive: on/off control by magnetic contactor
• 2 x industrial process calibrated thermocouple type K with aluminium protection head & ceramic protection tube
• 2 x microprocessor-based digital indicating temperature controller
