Specification

Our zinc melting furnace, with a 550 kg/hr melting rate and 2500 kg capacity (ZNMF-550-2500) is designed for zinc melting, commonly found in the automotive industry. This furnace boasts a fast 550 kg/hour melting rate with 2500 kg holding capacity. Purely using electrical power, this furnace is easy to install, without the need of any gas equipments, while also providing virtually no harmful gas emission.

Anneal Oven Teflon Coating Furnace (AOTCF-01)
Specification

Our Anneal Oven Teflon Coating Furnace 800 °C (AOTCF-01) was designed for the heat treatment required for Teflon coating. This furnace satisfies requirements to quickly drop ambient temperature post-heating, achieved by forced cooling with a centrifugal blower.

Vertical Lift Door Furnace (VLDF-06)
Specification

Our vertical lift door furnace series (VLDF-06) is designed for a myriad of purposes, might that be research, heat treatment, or production in a relatively small capacity. This 180 Ltr furnace is able to operate up to to 1200°C, and is insulated with hi-grade insulating fire brick, backed up by ceramic fibre board to minimize heat loss and ambient heat, ensuring a comfortable working environment. The vertical-lift door system does not use any electricity to operate, and is designed to maximize worker ergonomics while being cost efficient. Also equipped with optional nitrogen purging system, this furnace is capable to conduct heating in inert environments.

Aerospace Tempering Furnace (TF-B737)

This aerospace furnace is designed for the tempering & bake-out process in the manufacturing process of engine components for Boeing 737-85P. The SUHATHERM Laboratory Ashing furnace ASF-05/5 have been designed specifically for laboratory ashing process.
