Pre-Heated Pack Wagon Furnace (PH-PWF-01)

Our Pre-Heated Pack Wagon Furnace 320 °C (PH-PWF-01) was designed for the textile industry, specifically for pre-heating textile dies.

Furnace Construction

• Maximum temperature up to 320 °C, working operating temperature at 305 °C
• Outer Dimension: Width 620 mm x Length 1550 mm x Height 1000 mm
• Inner dimension:
  • Included shelf & heaters: Width 420 mm x Length 725 mm x Height 490 mm
  • Working space: Width 420 mm x length 725 mm x Height 230 mm
• 3 manual leaf swing-up doors sealed with a heat-resistant gasket
• Industrial rock wool insulation with heat-resistant paint

Heating System

• U form flanged heaters with 5 pcs x S/S SUS 304 heated tubular heater
• Total Power: 5 pcs x 0.7 KW = 3.5 KW, 220 V

Electrical Features

• Digital indicating temperature controller with PID control action
• Industrial process type K with stainless steel protection tube & aluminium protection head
• No fuse breaker (NFB) & magnetic contactor ex. Fuji
