Our new and improved walk-in drying oven (also known as walk in oven, drying oven, or cabinet oven) is designed for drying process of pump metal parts. This 1600 Ltr oven is equipped to handle temperatures up to 200 °C, and is equipped with proporional forced convection heating system with SCR power regulator (thyristor) to enable durability and excellent heat uniformity. Our SUHATHERM Semi-Continuous,Three Zone Tempering Oven (SC-TZ-TO) is designed for low temperature tempering heat treatment of various automotive components. This oven features an automatic motorized conveyor complete with one-touch operation system which moves jig from loading, 3-zone heating chamber, forced cooling (with axial fan), and unloading section.

This oven features multiple safety features and sensors. Operational status can be viewed at all times through built-in human machine interface (HMI). Please refer to the below specifications for details (note specifications acts as reference only and may change depending on order configuration):
